I loved this class! Ryan is an absolute superstar and took away all the pressure surrounding meditation. I’ve previously practised at the London Buddhist Centre in Bethnal Green, which I enjoyed a great deal, but Levitate offered a more approachable practice that I didn’t even know existed. It felt like a real community.
