Emma Tian Williamson is a Mindfulness Coach, a Yoga Teacher, a Qigong Instructor and the founder of Flow & Create.
Emma is a qualified mindfulness, meditation and yoga teacher with an approach that focuses on mind and body awareness. Fascinated by the power we hold to transform our minds, Emma’s style of teaching explores how we can respond to life in more calm, creative and kind ways. Her sessions infuse her interests and background in meditation, yoga, traditional Chinese movement, nature and sensory experience. What she loves most about teaching is being able to pass on the tools for people to live happier and more connected lives.

Emma’s Background
With a background in Chinese and Sociology followed by studies in both China and Taiwan, and a first career in marketing, PR and branding that took her to Hong Kong and China, Emma has acquired deep knowledge and passion spanning culture, travel and communication. Along the way Emma because increasingly interested in Eastern cultures and modalities spanning yoga, mindfulness, meditation and qigong. Her big-hearted approach is also evident in her marketing consultancy Flow & Create, which works with purpose-driven brands to tell stories that matter. She brings a kind, nurturing excellence and gentle discipline to each of her chosen fields.
