These sessions are best done lying down on yoga mats, while listening to our skilled instructors coaching your breathing to music. The breath will take you on a journey to connection. Guaranteed to leave you feeling deeply relaxed.

Our Breathwork Workshops are engaging talks centred around the science and techniques necessary to downregulate (or upregulate) your nervous system. Essentially, they bring to life the tools and knowledge needed to use the breath to achieve better focus, energy, presence, relaxation and sleep.
