    We’re a diverse bunch of thinkers and doers, but we all get out of bed to help people change their lives for the better.

  • Together we offer private coaching in mindfulness, meditation, sleep hygiene, breathwork, nutrition and diet, yoga, sound healing, Pilates, life coaching and executive coaching.

  • Our coaches understand that often the best way up is through! We know that breakthroughs only occur when you are ready to face things. So we aren’t scared to get down into the mud with you and wrestle with the messy business of real life problems.

    Quick fixes don’t work, real transformation is hard won, but that doesn’t mean we can’t immediately start improving things. This is the root of sustainable change — not a vision board but a willingness to look at your patterns and change small things, trusting that the breakthrough will follow. Getting started is as easy as…

ONE

  • To help you feel comfortable and check the chemistry is good, we offer free discovery calls with our wellbeing experts. These are an opportunity to meet your prospective coach, ask questions and get a feel for their vibe.

    This is just a friendly chat. There is never any pressure to book or pay at this stage.

TWO

  • If you like them, it’s easy to book coaching singles or packages of sessions. For greater discounts, it is best to pre-pay for coaching programmes tailored to your needs. Some coaches offer the ability to pay in installments.

    Sessions either take place in-person or over Zoom depending on location and preferences of coach and client.

THREE

  • Complementary check ins with coaches are offered as a safe space to review progress made and discuss any barriers to progress. We recommend booking one after every 6 sessions.

    We encourage you to also book time with the core Levitate team to confidentially share feedback and address any issues.

NB. We coach couples too!

  • Each coaching session will focus on your individual challenges and questions with time set aside for guided practice. The format of the sessions themselves, and the number of sessions needed, is a conversation between teacher and student.

  • Everything you discuss with your coach is held in the strictest confidence, and will not be repeated outside the space. The more you can open up about the issues or challenges that bring you to the session, the more your coach can tailor the session just for you, and the faster the progress.

  • We recognise it isn’t always possible to travel to our studio space. We offer group and private meditation classes at the studio, but can also travel to any London location within the M25 to teach at your home or workplace. Please send us an email with details of your request.

  • Most of our customers opt for 1:1 coaching sessions over Zoom. These have the advantage of being possible from anywhere with an internet connection, and allow you to practice from the comfort of your home, in the office or even whilst travelling.

  • Yes most of our coaches offer a discount for bookings of 4 or more coaching sessions. Please talk to us to enquire.

  • Life happens! You can cancel/reschedule up to 24 hours before any coaching session with no charge.

    If you need to cancel later than that, you will be charged for the visit.

  • Our founder Ryan Nell is a former successful advertising executive, who was glad to leave that behind him to pursue this dream. Ryan is 200-hour meditation teacher qualified. He did his training at the world-famous Unplug Meditation in Los Angeles, under the supervision of Suze Yalof Schwartz (founder of Unplug) and the tuition of Davidji (globally renowned teacher of teachers).

  • Davidji is a Vedic Meditation Master, who apprenticed under Deepak Chopra, and who was later Dean of Chopra University and was responsible for teaching thousands of students how to meditate.

    Since starting his own chapter, David has taught many high-pressure professionals how to meditate including championship-winning NBA teams, the US Navy Seals, the Dutch Special Forces, the Bank of America and Merrill Lynch amongst many others. Iris Platenkamp is a personal trainer, life coach, bookworm and health advocate.

Iris has loved dancing and movement since she was young, but later found herself working in marketing, and dancing and modelling on the side. After experiencing burnout, along with some serious health issues, Iris felt that she needed to change her lifestyle drastically. She turned to hot yoga and meditation, which had a transformative effect on her wellbeing. Soon she started teaching yoga herself, and extended her offering with other disciplines, including barre, Pilates, and HIIT.

Despite working in the wellness and health industry, she still noticed there was lots of stress among her students. She saw that they sometimes "fled" to her classes, having a break from modern paced life, and then after class, diving straight back into it. Quite soon she understood that you cannot truly be physically healthy, when the mind is not. It also made her realise that there is stress, from doing literally too much all at once, and that there is "illusional" stress that comes from negative thinking and unhealed trauma. This awareness drove her to become a life coach.

In Iris's sessions, she mainly focuses on helping her clients through a combination of brainwave meditations, inner child healing, and CBT coaching that will help you to rewire negative thought patterns and beliefs. Sometimes she draws from her own life experience, which helps her to connect with and understand her clients better. In her former career, during 9 years spent in advertising client services, Omotayo worked with world famous brands including Samsung, Vice Media, Unilever, Warner Music and Levis.

Since 2018, Omotayo has been hard at work developing her personal passions for holistic wellbeing in a number of fascinating directions. She has been featured at Wilderness Festival 2019, Secret Yoga, as well as being invited to host events at Soho House Barcelona and 42 Acres in Shoreditch. Rachel Clarkson is a dietitian and the founder of The DNA Dietitian®

Rachel has been highly trained in Workplace Wellness by the British Dietetic Association (BDA), using a proven evidenced-based strategy. She works with individual clients and also provides workplace wellness initiatives in London and New York.

Chloe’s Background

Chloe is a powerful blend of fast moving New Yorker and graceful yoga and meditation teacher. She is a 500-hour certified ISHTA yoga teacher, trained in New York City in 2009. Chloe also trained as a 100-hour certified Bent On Learning children's yoga teacher in 2011. Chloe moved to London in 2012 and has been teaching private meditation and yoga sessions, group classes and in primary schools ever since.
