Our corporate mindfulness events and programmes are designed to nurture your team’s mental and emotional wellbeing. Here are some of our most popular workplace mindfulness and meditation event ideas:

Weekly Mindfulness Classes and Meditation Clubs:

Every week a Levitate teacher will lead a drop-in mindfulness class for your team, delivered over Zoom or in-person depending on your location and preference. The teacher will offer a varied programme of tools and techniques designed to help create calm, connection and clarity in your workplace, teaching valuable skills of resilience, emotional intelligence and mindful leadership. Employees are free to come and go depending on their stress levels and other commitments, but consistency is rewarded with faster results. Furthermore, we'll track our shared progress as we go.


8-Week Full Mindfulness Course:

This course is an interactive introduction to the science of stress, the techniques of mindfulness, and the benefits to your team's mental health. Each session will follow a different theme, giving you the theory, but most importantly practical techniques that can be used in your daily life at work, and at home. We'll teach how to manage stress, increase happiness, and grow compassion, resilience and focus in a supportive environment with your peers. Over 8 weeks, your team will start to feel the benefits of a longer practice as the weeks go on.


4-Week Taster Mindfulness Course:

This 4-week taster course is a briefer introduction to mindfulness, the science of stress, and the benefits to your team's mental health. This is perfect for creating understanding, awareness and enthusiasm for mindfulness within the organisation. For many clients it makes sense to run multiple rounds of the 4-week course, so as to enable more employees to benefit, whilst avoiding the disruption of projects and annual leave.


Mindfulness Masterclasses and Keynote Speeches:

Book Levitate founder Ryan Nell for an accessible and stimulating 1-hour talk on the science of stress, the benefits of mindfulness, the theory, and how to incorporate this into your day to create the conditions for teams and individuals to thrive in the office and outside it! The session finishes with a guided meditation to ensure that everyone leaves feeling blissfully calm (and excited to explore further).

1:1 Mindfulness Coaching Programmes:

In a one-off or series of 1:1 consultations, we will coach your leadership team or nominated individuals to bring mindfulness to bear in the way they lead, and in the way they live their lives. This is a really powerful way of demonstrating the organisational commitment to embedding mindfulness into the culture.
