One of the kindest things I've done for myself in a long time
My first stab at meditation aside from the apps which I hadn’t had much luck with. One of the main reasons for booking the class was to try to find a way to combat stress, both work and personal. Honestly, I think this is one of the kindest things I’ve done for myself in a long time. I switched off entirely, I’ve never managed to clear my mind like that. It was so rewarding that I booked again for next week. Very fortunate to have this on my doorstep.
