So incredibly relaxing… Loved it!
I'm always amazed how after just one hour I feel so much lighter, more focussed and generally in tune with myself. Meditation is something I innately know is good for me, but I struggle to stick to for any length of time. Ryan’s kind words and gentle guidance hold the space beautifully and before I know it an hour’s already up and I'm peeling myself away feeling rested and balanced.
So incredibly relaxing! Perfect end to my day. Loved it! Thanks for your time and lovely words. I’ll be back 🤸🏼♀️
