Meet Mike
Mike Richards is a Meditation and Mindfulness Coach, a published author, as well as an economic and political risk analyst!
Mike has a particular interest in implementing the practical elements of mindfulness in our busy and stressful lives. Teaching in a secular and accessible manner, Mike also likes to focus on the neuroscientific evidence, which shows just how beneficial mindfulness is to our mental and physical wellbeing. Having worked in the corporate sector for over a decade, Mike loves teaching to like-minded people in the business world.
Mike’s Background
Mike has travelled to almost every country in the world and he’s written a book about his adventures and insights. Along the way, meditation has made Mike feel less stressed, more focused, and much happier since he picked it up almost a decade ago. Mike’s mission is to share these incredible benefits with others. He wants to show them that nothing will benefit their mental wellbeing and career goals more than meditation will.
When not teaching meditation, Mike works as an Economic and Political Risk Analyst for globally-renowned research houses. His experience in the corporate world means he can speak a language companies understand, and thoroughly enjoys teaching to financial firms, start ups, the public sector, and everything in between. Organisations that Mike has worked with include the UK Parliament Digital Service, Cuvva, and Mojo.
