Before You Order:

• Minimum order size is 20 mats / £100.

• Please speak to us at 020 3026 1038 or help@levitate.london to discuss your requirements before ordering.

• We’ll want to know the date, location and nature of the event, the intended usage for the mats, whether you need the mats for more than one day, whether you will need help with collection and delivery.

Rental Terms & Conditions:

• Our £5/mat rental fee is for one day only. If you want to hire them for a multi-day event, please speak to us before ordering.

• The mats are available for indoor use only. They cannot be used on grass or outdoors.

• Please exercise with bare feet / socks only on the mats. Shoes will damage and mark the natural rubber surface.

• At the end of your event, we ask that clients clean and dry the yoga mats fully before rolling them up and packing into boxes.

• The natural rubber surface is delicate, so we supply a gentle cleaning solution in a spray bottle and cloths to make cleaning as easy as possible.

• We will charge a cleaning or replacement fee for dirty/damaged/stained/missing mats.

Courier Costs:

• Courier costs are not included.

• You are also welcome to collect and return the hire mats to our London address.

• Alternatively, if you do want them couriered to you, we can help organise this. But please note the customer is responsible for covering the costs of mat collection and delivery.

• As a guide, please allow £250 for a central London courier (and more for further afield).
